MMI Names Southwest Regional Director
Keith Belden, P.E., L.S., has been named Southwest Regional Director of Morrison-Maierle, Inc. and will relocate to Tempe, Arizona, after January 2008 to assume man
agement of the firm’s Arizona operations. MMI serves clients in the southwestern United States from offices in Phoenix and Tucson. Previously Morrison-Maierle’s Missoula Office Manager, Keith draws upon 28 years of experience to head the Southwest Region. Keith joined Morrison-Maierle in 1991 as a Project Engineer in the Bozeman office working primarily on land development and municipal water/wastewater projects. He opened the Missoula office for
Morrison-Maierle in 2000. The Missoula office has grown under his leadership from one person to 30 people in seven years with revenues of $3 million. He is a 1985 graduate of California State University, Chico and is licensed as a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in Montana and California.
Keith will succeed Bill Hendrich, P.E., who is retiring, as head of Morrison-Maierle’s Southwest Region. Prior to joining Morrison-Maierle, Keith worked for 12 years in California as a Surveyor and Project Engineer with Rolls, Anderson and Rolls, a
consulting engineering firm. He is a Project Principal and Supervising Civil Engineer specializing in land development, municipal services, and surveying with an emphasis in managing complex projects requiring multiple disciplines.
Keith has served on Morrison-Maierle’s Board of Directors since 2004 and is an advisor to the firm’s Systematic Project Delivery initiative. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has served as the Montana Section
President. From 2001 to 2004, Keith served on Montana State University’s Civil
Engineering Department External Advisory Committee.
