Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Senior Professional to lead growing water/ wastewater teams in all areas of business development, project management, project planning, model development, interpretation of results, preparation of designs and reports, cost estimates, preliminary and final construction plans, and oversight of construction. Firm-wide opportunities exist for significant personal, professional and career track growth.

Positions will serve as senior project managers on large, multi-discipline, water and wastewater municipal and industrial projects which can include wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, pipelines, and other public works & institutional projects. Leadership responsibilities include leading and supporting the design team as well as providing client maintenance services, addressing budgeting and profitability for projects being managed, mentoring and helping train junior level staff members. P.E. required.

Mechanical Project Engineer/Project Manager

Leadership and practice building opportunity for a Mechanical Project Engineer/Project Manager with experience in the design and engineering of new and renovated HVAC and Plumbing systems. This position offers expanding workload with outstanding clients, interaction with nationally recognized colleagues and projects, technical and leadership responsibility, plus advancement potential.

The position will work collaboratively with the firm's full service electrical, structural, and civil engineering disciplines include design, planning, scheduling, conducting and/or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of Contract Documents for mechanical systems, sustainable elements and other components for buildings and facilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and P.E. is required as well as 5 - 10 plus years experience. LEED AP is a plus.

Water and Wastewater Design Engineer

Design Engineer with previous experience working on Water and Wastewater design projects, including production of detailed designs, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and engineering studies and reports for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants under instruction of the Project Manager. Specific responsibilities will include preparing plans for water and wastewater systems, writing specifications, performing design calculations, sizing and selection of equipment, preparing cost estimates, conducting alternatives analyses, preparing engineering reports, and reviewing construction submittals. Construction administration or field experience value added. Qualifications: BS Civil Engineering, P.E., MS preferred.

This position is ideally located in Helena, Montana. Senior Transportation Engineer

The successful candidate will help form and lead a Roadway Design Group from the Phoenix office. Candidates must be professionally registered and have significant experience in the state of Arizona with a working knowledge of MicroStation/Inroads, drainage and drainage solutions, and successful project design work for ADOT and local municipalities. Project management, client service and team leadership skills are fundamental to the firm’s daily environment. Candidate must be able to work across office boundaries and coordinate effectively with our professional staff in Tucson and Salt Lake City Offices. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10 years of experience. Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) License required.

Survey Project Manager

Experienced Arizona P.L.S. for field surveying, construction surveying and in-office 2010 AutoCAD Civil 3D project delivery. DOE, skill and initiative, immediate growth opportunities for this position may include: This position will provide a rewarding opportunity for a person driven to exceed client and firm expectations in the areas of: Managing budgets, schedules and deliverables; Undertaking the technical work associated with field and office land surveying projects; Learning to lead business development pursuits; Leading, managing and mentoring junior surveyors and engineers; Participating in management team decisions; Active participation in relevant professional associations; and showcasing talent by providing creative solutions to challenging survey problems. This individual may also coordinate directly with department heads for services required on their projects and act as the project manager for the surveying portion of these in-house projects. Four-year accredited survey or geometrics degree preferred.

Position requires at least 2 to 5 years experience as PLS. Experience should include legal boundary surveys including retracements and sectional subdivision as well as subdivisions and results of surveys. A thorough knowledge of Arizona subdivision regulations, including county and city regulations, is required. Position requires a strong background in engineering design, construction surveys, especially heavy highway civil construction projects, use of total station instruments with data collectors and GPS. Position will also require experience with computer software for preparation of topography and boundary survey drawings. Position may require travel throughout Arizona and adjoining states. Registration as Arizona P.L.S. required, Utah and New Mexico registration desired.
